Why did my first attempt look jittery or weird?▼

Three common causes. First, the source image is too small, under 512 pixels on the short side, so the model has to upscale and motion gets mushy. Second, the prompt asks for motion that contradicts the image, like 'zoom out' on a close-up that already fills the frame. Third, the image has many overlapping subjects and the model does not know which one should move. Fixing any one of these usually gets a clean result on the second try.

Is my uploaded image stored or used for training?▼
